We had the lobster Benedict (one with potatoes, the other with salad) but thought it was delicious with pretty generous portions of lobster meat on there. Service can be slow but I thought the food made up for it. Can't speak for the rest of the menu as we never tried but I'd say brunch was a good choice! ”

“ I got food to go at this restaurant one night at 8:56pm (they close at 9pm) even with my late order the staff was so friendly and actually seemed relieved for me that I got to place my order in time! The restaurant was so clean and decorated with a airy pleasant color palette with nice new looking furniture. The food was incredible. I loved the wings and the calamari was even better. The calamari was the best I have had in years- I'm not sure what sauce they serve with it but it is amazing! I would highly recommend this restaurant to people staying in the area even if you're not a guest at the hotel. I will definitely be back. ”

Located in the beautiful new Hotel Citrine, Wild Onion Bistro offers incredibly decadent and carefully crafted dishes inspired by the earthy, farm-to-table elements of California cuisine and seasonal spring produce, as well as an impressive selection of handcrafted cocktails. Here's what I tried: American wagyu burger: crispy Nueskes smoked bacon, avocado, smoked Gouda, roasted garlic aioli and an over easy egg topped on a juicy grilled wagyu patty. I loved how deeply flavorful the wagyu was, and the perfectly crispy fries made this my favorite dish! Niçoise salad: seared Skuna bay salmon, tender potatoes, soft boiled egg, haricot verts, capers, Niçoise olives, rocket greens, and tomatoes drizzled with a Dijon + tarragon vinaigrette. Absolutely loved this traditional French salad and the zesty, slightly spicy flavor of the vinaigrette, although I would recommend requesting to remove the sardines if you want a slightly less fishy salad. wild onion benedict: seasonal grilled vegetables, poached egg, crispy artichokes, and Gruyère sauce atop a seeded country loaf, with your choice of sea salt potatoes (highly recommended) or a simple salad. The eggs and potatoes were so perfectly cooked and so tender, and I loved how the bread wasn't too tough! I had such a wonderful time brunching and munching on this feast, and I would highly recommend if you're looking for a beautiful and lowkey brunch joint with an incredible ambience! ”

“ This restaurant is located inside Hotel Citrine. The food was excellent as we sampled most of the items on the menu. Starting with the mussels. For entrees, all of us (party of 4) had salmon, Steak Frites, and Lamb Chops. The waiter was excellent. He served one other table. I felt sorry for the waiter and the bartender as they couldn't do much. Perhaps a lot better during the week. Reasonable prices particularly for a hotel. ”
